Cancelling individual tickets in an order

To cancel individual tickets in order please follow the below steps :

1. Log on to your Eventzilla account 2. Click on Events > Registration > View orders

3. Click on the respective order ref no under which the Attendee needs to get canceled.

5. Select the 'Attendee name' to cancel

6. Select 'Cancel selected attendee(s)'

7.Please enter the reason for cancellation and select 'Cancel selected seats'.

This will cancel the tickets and the buyer will be notified through an email regarding the cancellation.

Note: This fee will be deducted from any refund proceeds owed to registrant(s) upon each and every cancellation (full or partial) of a registration.
