How to purchase Email credits?

IMPORTANT: The contents of this article apply to  legacy accounts (Created on or before May 13, 2017).

Organizers can send 200 invite emails free for an event, If preferred to send more than 200 emails then we have an option to pay for the extra email credits:


To buy email credits, please follow the below path:

Dashboard/My events > Click on event title > Manage Registrations > Send invitations > Click 'Purchase email credits' link 

  Their are 2 options :

  • $15 for 5000 email credits
  • $ 25  for 10000 email credits

Select the preferred option and click the 'Pay now' button to proceed with the payment.



  Note:1 email credit = 1 email sent to a recipient.
