Automatic pending order reminders (1)
Handle check payments in a much easier way, Event organizer has the option to configure automatic pending reminder for the events.
Event Organizer can trigger automatic pending reminders through the below option,
i. Through Event set up - Step 3.
If check payment is selected, the option to set automatic payment reminder will be displayed.
ii. Through Edit mode of the event in Edit > Payment & Shipment.
ii. Through Edit mode of the event in Edit > Payment & Shipment.
To set the Reminder frequency please follow the below steps:
- Click on My events > Event tittle
- Go to Edit > Payment & Shipment
- Select ' Send automatic payment reminders to attendees'
Organizer can send maximum of 3 reminders with the no. of days specified.
Also, Event organizer can mention the no. of days as and after the pending orders will be auto cancelled.For further questions please email us at help@eventzilla.net
