Cancelling an existing order
Most common uses:
1. Attendee requested you to cancel his registration and refund the money paid to attend the event.
2. Attendee registered online using check payment but never sent payment via check.
Please follow the below steps to cancel an overall order:
Step 1: Login to your existing Eventzilla account and select the event name.
Step 2: Select Mange Registrations > 'View orders' link from the left navigation. You will see the list of all your orders.
Step 3: Select the “Order” to view the details.
Step 4: Click on cancel “individual” seats or the “entire order”. You need to enter the reason and confirm it. This will cancel the order and automatically send a email confirmation to your attendees.
Remember – Eventzilla does not handle any refunds and you need to refund the funds from your respective payment processor account. It is recommended to issue refund to the attendee before cancelling the order on Eventzilla website.
Eventzilla's fee is non-refundable for cancelled orders. If your entire event is cancelled, please contact our support team at firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss your options.
