Eventzilla provides with simple steps to create and publish your webinar events live online.

Step 1: Toggle 'Live Webinar' option on the 3rd step of the event creation process.

Step 2: Update the meeting url directly from your webniar providers and update the event date and time.

Step 3: Update the access information and additional instructions notes:

Access information - This will include the details such as access codes, Phone bridges and other network related connectivity agenda which you would like to inform the registrants.

Additional instruction - Any additional information which will be included in the webinar confirmation email to be informed to your registrants can be added up in this area.

Step 4: Choose the option to send out a notification to your attendees. 

If you click on the 'Send a notification; then the attendee will receive the information on the webinar once completing the registration successfully.

You may also choose to include email reminders to your attendees for the webinar  where there are two options one day before and one hour before the webinar.

Click on 'Save settings'
