Why is my order stuck in pending and the payment listed as “Under Review”?

“Under Review” means that while the payment was collected successfully, those funds are in review by the Risk Management team at our payment processor WePay. They periodically send payments through this manual review process to help protect the security of you and your users and mitigate fraud risk.

 While a payment is in review, the transaction will remain in the “PENDING” state until the process is complete, which generally takes 1-2 business days. Once finished, the transaction will automatically be updated to “CONFIRMED”, the payment released to your account (ready for withdrawal in your next withdrawal cycle) and the tickets released to your attendee(s). If the payment review results in a transaction being declined, you will be notified by email of this outcome and the payment transaction will be reversed.
