How to close your Eventzilla account?


If you have decided to close your Eventzilla account, please note that this action will permanently delete all your event data, including orders and attendee details. Once your account is closed, this action cannot be undone. We understand this is a big decision, and we are here to guide you through the process. Follow the steps below to close your account.

Log in to your Eventzilla account

Begin by logging in to your account with your credentials. Go to the Eventzilla login page and enter your username/email and password.

Navigate to account settings

Once logged in, click on the Settings option in the menu. This is typically found in the top right corner of the page, represented by a gear icon.

Select "Close account"

In the settings menu, scroll down and look for the Close Account option. This is where you will initiate the process of closing your account.

Enter your password and select a reason for leaving

To confirm that you want to close your account, you'll need to enter your password. This is a security step to ensure that the request is coming from the account holder.

Once you’ve entered your password, you will be required to select a reason for closing your account. Please check the specific reason.


  • Too expensive: I may reconsider if offered a discount.
  • Does not have a specific feature I am looking for.
  • Switching to a different software.
  • Unhappy with Eventzilla's customer support.
  • Not needed any longer: I only needed it for a one-time event.
  • Something else.

Please select or check the reason(s) that apply to you. You may select more than one option if necessary.


Provide additional feedback (optional)

After selecting a reason, you’ll be given the option to provide additional details about your decision to close your account. If you'd like, you can elaborate on your reason(s) and provide constructive feedback. This helps us understand your needs better and may guide improvements in our service.


Confirm the account deletion

Once you’ve selected your reason and provided any additional feedback, click on the Delete my account button. This will finalize the process and close your account.


Please remember, once your account is closed, all your event data (including orders, attendee details, and other related information) will be permanently deleted from our servers. This action cannot be undone.
