How to change your organizer account password?

Steps to change your account password

Log in to your account

Begin by logging into your Eventzilla account. Visit the Eventzilla login page and enter your current username (email address) and password to access your account.

Access the settings menu

Once logged in, navigate to the Settings option. This can be found in the top navigation bar, typically in the upper-right corner of your dashboard. Click on Settings to open the account settings menu.

Go to Settings > Profile and Security

Once logged in, navigate to the Settings menu. You can find this option typically in the top-right corner of the screen, represented by a gear icon. In the settings menu, click on Profile and Security.

Select "Change password"

In the settings menu, locate and select the Change Password link.

Enter your current and new password

To change your password, you will need to enter your current password in the first field. Then, enter your new password in the designated field. Be sure to choose a strong password to enhance the security of your account. The password should meet any security criteria outlined, such as minimum length, special characters, or numbers.

Save the changes

After entering your current and new passwords, click on the Save button to apply the changes. Your password will be updated immediately.

Use your new password for future logins

Now that your password has been changed, you will use the new password the next time you log into your account. Be sure to remember your new password, or store it securely, to avoid any issues accessing your account.
