When will I receive the payment from ticket sales?
Payments from ticket sales are sent directly to your account; Eventzilla does not hold the funds.
The payouts for your Event are determined by the payment method you choose.
Offline payments (Check, Bank transfer, Cash, and Pay by invoice) - Payments are handled manually at the organizer's end with all of these offline payment options. As a result, the payment is handled directly by the organizer.
When using the offline payment option, Eventzilla is not involved in the payment transaction between the organizer and the attendee.

Online Payment method - Eventzilla offers different online payment option to process the online transaction. The payouts varies based on the payment processor specified for the event.
Eventzilla Payments - With Eventzilla payments, you can set your own payout frequency, which can be either monthly, weekly, or even daily. All you need is to supply you bank account details and payments will be remitted into your bank account automatically at the chosen frequency.

PayPal, Stripe, and Square - The transaction reflects real-time on your respective payment processor account and you can choose to manually withdraw funds to your linked bank account at any time after the transaction takes place.
