How to export registrant details for waiting list
Managing a large number of waitlisted attendees can be challenging, but exporting your waiting list into a CSV file can significantly simplify the process. This feature allows you to review and manage the waitlisted registrations in bulk, making it easier to release spots, track attendee information, and make informed decisions for your event. This article will guide you through the steps to export your waitlist and use the exported data efficiently.
Steps to export the waiting list registration details
Navigate to the Registration > Approval/waiting List to manage the waitlist queue.
Click on the Manage Queue page, you will see a list of all registrations currently placed on the waiting list for your event.
At the top-right corner of the waiting list grid, you will find the option labeled "Export Waiting List."
Once you click on "Export Waiting List," the system will generate a CSV file containing all the details of the waitlisted registrations.
This file will include all attendee information, such as their names, email address, ticket price
Open the CSV file in a spreadsheet application (such as Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets).
The file will contain a comprehensive list of all waitlisted attendees, which you can use to track and review individual registrations.
