Downgrading your Eventzilla Virtual package

You can switch to the lower version of the plan anytime. The downgrade option works as given here.

While downgrading your plan the total amount paid for your subscription is calculated on per day basis till the current date of downgrading. The balance of the amount is retained in your account and it is used for the next renewal of your subscription amount after the current period.

No refund will be issued while you downgrade your plan subscription.
