The Organizer app gives you immediate access to all the information you want, from check-in to onsite registration. Manage your event with ease, keep an eye on real-time ticket sales, check-in attendees and keep track of attendance in real-time, and accept payments for event tickets on-site.


How to download the Eventzilla Organizer app?

Both the Apple App Store and Google Play provide the Eventzilla Organiser app for free download. To access the Eventzilla mobile app, sign in with your existing Eventzilla account.

Using the Eventzilla Organizer app is simple. Just follow these steps:

  • Launch the application and sign in using your Eventzilla credentials. The login and password you use to log in to the Eventzilla website are the same.
  • You have access to all events, whether they are past or upcoming.
  • The event dashboard provides you with a summary of the number of sales and visits to your event page.
  • Go to the bottom of your screen's navigation menu to access the Scan Tickets, Sell Tickets, and Manage Orders sections.
  • To leave the current event, tap the ''Exit event'' button in the top right corner of the screen.
  • To check your profile data and log out of your current organizer app, click the profile picture on the top left corner of the screen.
