Event page URL copy section
The Event Page URL Copy Section allows you to quickly copy the direct URL to your event page, making it easy to share the link via emails, flyers, newsletters, or any other form of communication. This section is positioned conveniently below the Event Statistics section on the Event Overview page.
How to use the event page URL copy feature?
- Log in to your Eventzilla account.
- Go to the Event overview page for the specific event you want to share.
- Check the ''Event website link" section, It is positioned just below the Event statistics area.
- Simply click the "Copy URL" button. This action will copy the direct URL of your event page to your clipboard.
- Once copied, you can easily paste this URL in any communication, such as emails, newsletters, flyers, or campaigns.
This is the direct event URL that can be used to share with potential users for event registrations. You can also share it with potential attendees, partners, or anyone interested in your event, including email campaigns, event flyers and brochures, social media posts using the URL, blog posts or websites, and partner or sponsor communications.
Social media share options
To further streamline your event promotion, Eventzilla provides quick access social media share options. These options allow you to quickly share the event page across popular social media platforms such as Facebook, X-site (formerly Twitter), and even an embed option for websites and blogs.

How to use the social media share options:
As with the Event Page URL, ensure you're on the Event overview page of the event you wish to promote.
- On the Event Overview page, you'll find the Social media share options. These are located near the Event Statistics section, below the Event Page URL Copy section.
- Choose the social media platform you want to share the event on, such as:
- Facebook: Share your event with your facebook followers.
- X-site (formerly Twitter): Quickly post the event link on your Twitter feed.
- Embed option: For those who want to add the event directly to their blog or website, use the Embed option to get a code that you can paste.
- Once you select the platform, click on the appropriate icon or embed link to share the event page. Your event information will then be shared with your audience on the chosen platform.
