How to transfer the order across recurring events

  Switching attendees across the recurring events is no more a painful task, organizer can switch attendee across the different events dates for a recurring event.

Please follow the below steps to move attendee across the event:

• Dashboard/My events > Click on the event tittle > Manage registrations - View orders
• Click the 'Double sided arrow' icon against the order ref no. you want to move
  
  

  

• Select the event date and enter the reason to transfer
• Click Transfer order.
  
  

  
  Note: Order transfer can be done only if there are any future event dates. If there are no future event dates for an event then system will not allow to move the order.
