How to set up your event hub lobby page?

The event hub lobby page

It is the first impression attendees get when they enter your event. It acts as the virtual reception area, providing essential event details, branding, and welcoming messages. Customizing the lobby is an essential part of setting up your Event Hub, ensuring that your event has a professional and inviting appearance. This guide will walk you through the steps to configure your Lobby Page in the Event hub.

Steps to set up your event hub lobby page

Follow these steps to personalize your Event hub lobby page and ensure it is aligned with your event's branding and objectives.

Access the lobby/reception settings

Navigate to: Event Hub > Lobby/Reception

This is where you will configure all the components of your lobby, including logos, cover images, welcome messages, and the display settings for speakers and sponsors.

Upload your event logo

The logo is a key branding element that will be displayed throughout the Event Hub, ensuring your event maintains a consistent and professional visual identity.

In the Logo section, click on the “Upload” button. Choose the logo file from your device.

Supported file formats: JPG, PNG, or GIF.

Once uploaded, your logo will appear across various parts of the Event Hub, including the lobby and other event pages. Ensure your logo is high-resolution and not overly large in size to maintain optimal quality.

Set up your event cover image

The cover image will appear in both the Lobby area and the main stage, providing a visually appealing backdrop for attendees as they navigate through the Event Hub.

In the Cover image section, click the “Upload” button. Choose the image file you want to use for the cover image. Supported file formats: JPG, PNG, or GIF.

Adjust the image to fit the layout, ensuring it looks good on both desktop and mobile devices. Choose an image that reflects the theme and purpose of your event—something vibrant but not too distracting. Make sure your logo and key elements stand out clearly.

Add a welcome message The Welcome message is your chance to personally greet attendees and set the tone for the event. You can create tailored messages for two groups of attendees:

For registered visitors:

Add a Welcome headline (e.g., “Welcome Back to [Event Name]!”).

Write a brief introduction that might include event highlights, session previews, or other relevant information.

Toggle options for speakers and sponsors

Featuring key event speakers and sponsors in the lobby area can help promote important content and partnerships right from the beginning.

Display featured event speakers:

Toggle the "Display featured event speakers" option ON if you wish to feature your event speakers in the lobby.

This will show their names, photos, and session details to help attendees familiarize themselves with the key people involved in the event.

Display featured event sponsors:

Toggle the "Display featured event sponsors" option ON to highlight sponsors and partners.

This section will display sponsor logos, offering them visibility in the lobby area and supporting their brand recognition.

Make sure the list of featured speakers and sponsors is up-to-date. You can easily toggle these options on or off depending on your event’s needs.

Save Your Settings

After making all your customizations, please save your changes.

Click “Save settings” at the bottom of the page to ensure that all the updates to the logo, cover image, welcome message, and speaker/sponsor displays are applied.

Setting up your Event hub lobby page is a crucial step in ensuring a smooth and engaging event experience. By uploading your logo and cover image, crafting personalized welcome messages, and displaying featured speakers and sponsors, you create a visually appealing and welcoming environment for your attendees. Once you've completed your customizations, don’t forget to save your settings to finalize your lobby setup.
