How to view order details for the event?
As an event organizer, it is crucial to track and manage orders effectively to ensure a smooth registration process for your event. This guide will walk you through how to access the order details and explain the different order statuses you may encounter.
To begin viewing order details for your event:
Start by logging into your account using your organizer credentials.
Once logged in, go on the Registration > View orders
This will bring you to the page where you can see all processed orders for your event.
Use filter options to narrow down orders
On the View Orders page, there are several filter options to help you narrow down the list of orders based on their status. This makes it easier to manage your orders and focus on specific types of transactions. The available filters are:
- Confirmed Only: Shows only orders that have been successfully processed and confirmed.
- Pending Only: Filters orders that are still in the payment pending state.
- Confirmed and Pending: Displays both confirmed and pending orders, giving you an overview of both completed and incomplete registrations.
- Incomplete/Abandoned: Shows orders where payments were unsuccessful or abandoned by the attendee.
- Cancelled Only: Displays orders that have been cancelled by the organizer.
By selecting the appropriate filter, you can easily manage and follow up on orders as necessary.

Each order displayed on the View Orders page includes several key details to help you understand the order and its status. The following details are shown for each order:
Order Ref Number:
A unique reference number assigned to each registration order. This helps you track and manage individual orders easily.
Event date:
The date of the event for which the registration is made. This allows you to quickly see when the event is scheduled and check related orders.
Buyer name:
The name of the person who placed the order.
Tickets:
The number of tickets included in the order. This helps you understand how many attendees are registered under each order.
Ordered on:
The date when the order was placed. This shows when the attendee initiated the registration process.
Total sales:
The total cost of the order, including any applicable fees or taxes. This helps you track the revenue generated by each order.
Fees:
The Eventzilla processing fee for the order. This fee is included in the total sales amount but is broken out separately for your reference.
Status:
The status of the order, which can be Confirmed or Pending, indicating whether the order has been fully processed or is still awaiting payment.
To view detailed information for a specific order -Click on the Order ref no.
From the list of orders, click on the Order ID you want to view and you’ll be able to see the complete order details, including the attendee's personal information, payment status, registration type, and any additional information collected during the registration process.
