How to resend a ticket to an attendee?
There are instances where organizer may need to resend event tickets to an attendee, such as if they did not receive the original email, lost the ticket, or need to access it again. Fortunately, there is an easy way to resend the ticket confirmation or receipt email to the registrant.
This article will guide you through the process of resending a ticket for an order.
Option to resend tickets is available only for confirmed orders
Follow these simple steps to resend a ticket to the attendee:
Begin by navigating to the Registration section > View Orders page. This will show a list of all orders placed for your event, including the corresponding attendee details.
In the View Orders page, search for the order you need to resend the ticket for.
Users also have the option to select multiple order reference numbers in order to send the tickets. For example, they can use the "resend" option to send the confirmation email for multiple orders.
Once you have located the specific order click on "Resend Tickets" button.
Once you click "Resend Tickets," the system will automatically send the order receipt or confirmation email to the attendee’s registered email address. This email will contain the event ticket and all relevant details for the registrant to access or print the ticket.
This is the exact duplicate of the confirmation email/order receipt that will be resent to the attendee when the resend option is utilized.
By following the steps above, you can quickly resend the confirmation or receipt email, making it easier for attendees to access their tickets.
