How to register attendees manually from the organizer account (Box office sales)
As an event organizer, you may need to manually register individual attendees for your event. This feature, also known as the Box Office Sales module, allows you to directly register attendees from your organizer account. Whether you are registering attendees on-site or assisting with their registration over the phone or in person, this option provides a simple and efficient way to manage registrations manually.
If you need to register multiple attendees at once, consider using the Import Attendees feature for bulk registration. However, if you are registering a single attendee or a few attendees manually, follow the steps outlined in this article.
How to register attendees manually?
Follow these steps to manually register an attendee from your organizer account:
Start by navigating to the Registration > "Add More Attendees"
This will open the backend view of the registration page for the event, specifically designed for organizers to manually register attendees.
On the registration page, you will be able to select the type of tickets the attendee will be purchasing.
Ticket Availability: Ensure that the tickets available for manual registration are in stock or still available for sale, as the system will only allow registration for tickets that are not sold out.
Choose the appropriate ticket(s) based on the options available for the event. The ticket types may include different categories, such as general admission, VIP, or special access, depending on how your event is structured.
Next, you will need to input the required details for the attendee. These may include:
- Name
- Email Address
- Phone Number
- Address
- Any other required fields specified for the event registration.
Ensure that all the necessary information is accurately entered to avoid any issues with registration or communication.
After entering the registration details, proceed to the payment section. If the registration requires payment, you will need to complete the payment process. Payment methods may include credit/debit card, invoice, or other available payment options, depending on your event's setup.

Respective order ref number will be listed on the view orders page with the confirmed status.
