Enabling guest mode for on-site sales/bookings
Event organizers can streamline the on-site registration process by allowing attendees to register in "Guest Mode." This feature eliminates the need for detailed registration forms, enabling faster and more efficient check-ins during the event. Attendees can be registered directly by the organizer without having to fill out custom form fields, speeding up the overall process.
How to enable guest mode for on-site sales/bookings?
To allow quick registrations in guest mode for on-site sales or bookings, follow these steps:
- Go to the Registration > click on Registration Form.
- Find the option labeled Allow registrations in "Guest Mode" for on-site sales/bookings.
- Toggle/Turn on the option
- Save changes
How guest mode works:
- Once Guest Mode is enabled, the organizer can proceed with attendee registration without requiring the completion of custom form fields that are typically part of the event’s registration process.
- This is ideal for on-site registration during the event, as it reduces the time spent filling out registration forms and allows for immediate bookings or sales.
In Guest Mode, the system will automatically use the organizer's registered email address for the order.
Additional details:
- Organizers can still add more attendees manually through the "Add more attendees" section on the event page, and these new registrations will be processed as guest registrations.
- This option is particularly useful for events that require quick, large-scale registration, such as conferences, trade shows, or other events where time is a constraint.
