How to choose the right event theme for your event

Selecting the appropriate theme for your event is essential in communicating the right atmosphere to your audience. Consider the following when choosing a theme:

Audience: Who is attending your event? A corporate event may benefit from the Summit theme, while a casual event might be better suited for the Dynamic theme.

Event Type: What is the purpose of your event? If you're hosting a formal conference, the Elegant theme would be appropriate, while a festival or creative event may benefit from the more energetic Dynamic theme.

Branding: Ensure the theme aligns with your event’s branding and overall tone, whether professional or creative.

Steps to choose and apply a theme

You can select your event theme during the event creation process or edit an existing event to change its theme. Here are the steps:

Go to Event set up > Design and layout.

In the Design and Layout section, you will find the option to Change Theme. Click on this option and select the desired theme for your event.

After selecting the theme that fits your event’s purpose click Save Changes to apply your theme selection.

Basic customization options

While the pre-designed themes provide a solid base, We provide basic customization option to further tailor your event page’s look and feel:

Alignment of header content:

You can choose to align the content of the event header to the left, right, or center based on your preference or branding guidelines.

Logo display toggle:

A toggle option is available that lets you choose whether to display the event logo on the event page. If you want to emphasize your event’s brand, simply enable the option to showcase your logo.

Customize typography:

You can customize the fonts used on your event page. Select custom fonts for headings and labels, or choose from a variety of available fonts to match your event’s aesthetic and branding. This allows you to create a more unique and cohesive experience for your attendees.
