Understanding Lead Quality

To help prioritize follow-ups, System allows you to categorize leads based on their potential:

Lead Quality Description
Hot High chance of conversion – Immediate follow-up recommended.
Warm Good potential – Follow up soon.
Cold Lower interest – Schedule for later follow-up.
Unsorted Not yet categorized.

By marking lead quality, you can streamline post-event outreach and focus on high-value prospects.

This classification allows your sales or marketing team to filter leads efficiently and build a tailored outreach strategy post-event.
