How to Turn On and Enable the Event Hub Mobile App
Follow these steps to activate the Event Hub mobile app for your attendees
Navigate to the Event Hub Settings Event Hub.
Go to Event set up > Event Hub > Hub setup
Configure Mobile App Options:
Within the "Hub setup" section, you will find various options related to the mobile app features.
Toggle the required options according to the features you want to make available to your mobile app users. This might include options for networking, agenda viewing, interactive sessions, notifications, etc.
Once you have selected the desired mobile app features, click on Publish now to save your configurations.
Activate Event Hub:
You will now be prompted to choose a suitable payment option for the Event Hub. Select either:
- Pay as you go: You will be charged based on usage.
- Pay upfront: You will pay a fixed fee for the Event Hub service.
After selecting your preferred payment option, click on Activate now.
Confirmation Message:
- Upon successful activation, you will receive a confirmation message: "Event Hub is now active in your event".
- Click on Proceed to continue.
Ensure the Hub Status is "Live":
- Locate the draft/live toggle within top right of Event Hub settings.
- Make sure the toggle is set to "Live". This is crucial for making the Event Hub, including the mobile app, accessible to your attendees. If the status is in "Draft," attendees will not be able to access the app.
