How to Export Scanned Attendee Details in Exhibitor profile
This article outlines the steps to export the details of attendees you have scanned or manually added through your exhibitor profile. Please note that the export option will only become available after at least one successful scan has been performed using your profile.
Why Export Attendee Details?
Exporting your collected attendee data allows you to:
- Analyze engagement: Gain insights into who visited your booth and their contact information.
- Follow up effectively: Easily reach out to potential leads after the event.
- Integrate with your CRM: Import the data into your customer relationship management system for streamlined lead management.
Maintain records: Keep a comprehensive record of your event interactions.
Steps to Export Your Scanned Attendee Details:
Log in to your Exhibitor Profile with the registered email address and password in the respective fields.
Upon successful login, you will see a list of upcoming and past events associated with your exhibitor profile.
Locate the specific event for which you want to export attendee details.
Click on the "Manage leads" button or a similarly labeled option next to the relevant event. This will take you to the lead management section for that event.
You will see the "Export leads" button. Click on this button to begin the export process.
A pop-up window will appear, prompting you to confirm the export, click on the "Download now" button within the pop-up.
Your browser will now download a file in CSV (Comma Separated Values) format.
Understanding the Exported Data:
The downloaded CSV file will contain details of all attendees scanned through your exhibitor profile or manually added within your profile for the selected event.
- Name
- Email Address
- Company
- Job Title
- Contact Number (if collected)
- Any additional information captured only for the attendees captured using the scanning option (e.g., interests, notes).
Note - The "Export leads" option will only appear after you have performed at least one scan using your exhibitor profile for the specific event.
