Linking External Streaming Providers (Zoom, YouTube, Vimeo) to On-Stage & Breakout Sessions

Whether you're hosting an On-stage session or a Breakout session, you can easily integrate popular streaming platforms like Zoom, YouTube Live, or Vimeo Live into your event on Event Hub. This flexibility allows you to deliver a seamless and engaging virtual or hybrid experience using tools you're already familiar with.

✅ Already Using Zoom, YouTube, or Vimeo?

Great news! You can connect these trusted platforms directly to your sessions within Event Hub. This means you get the best of both worlds: the reliability of your favorite streaming tools and the powerful engagement and event management features of Event Hub.

🎤 On-Stage Sessions: Linking External Streaming Providers

For On-stage sessions, you can stream your content using the following external providers:

  • Zoom
  • YouTube Live
  • Vimeo Live

🔧 How to Connect:

  • Zoom:

Simply connect your Zoom account to Event Hub. Once connected, you can select the Zoom meeting/webinar you want to use for your On-stage session.

  • YouTube Live:

Paste your YouTube Live streaming URL directly into the session settings. This allows attendees to watch the session live from your YouTube stream.

  • Vimeo Live:

Enter the Vimeo Video ID (not the full link) into the corresponding field in your session settings. This will connect your Vimeo Live stream to the session.

💬 Breakout Sessions: Linking Zoom

For Breakout sessions, Event Hub currently supports integration with Zoom.

🔧 How to Set It Up:

  • Connect your Zoom account via the Event Hub integrations settings (if not already connected).
  • While creating or editing a Breakout session, select your Zoom account and link it to a specific meeting room.
  • Once set, the session will automatically use your Zoom meeting for the breakout.
