Stripe Payment Support for the Agency Model

Overview

Eventzilla’s Agency Model includes support for Stripe payment integrations, giving agencies and their clients more flexibility, security, and control over payment processing.

Agencies operating under the Unlimited Plan with Client Manager sub-users can now connect and manage multiple Stripe accounts, each dedicated to a specific client. This update ensures seamless payment handling across different clients while maintaining strict data separation.

How Stripe integration works in the agency model

For Agencies (Account Owners)

• Agencies have full visibility and control over all connected Stripe accounts, allowing centralized oversight of all client payment configurations.

For Clients (Client Managers)

• Clients with Client Manager access can only view and manage their own linked Stripe account.

  Each Client Manager operates in a secure, isolated environment — meaning:

  • ❌ They cannot view, edit, or access other clients’ Stripe accounts.
  • ✅ They can set up and manage their own Stripe integration

This approach ensures data isolation and financial privacy between clients, while still allowing agencies to provide managed services under one Eventzilla account.

Key Benefits

Setting Up Stripe for Client Managers

1. The Main Organizer (Agency) adds the client as a Client Manager via Account Settings > Teams .
2. The client logs in and navigates to Payment Settings.
3. They connect their own Stripe account securely.
4. All transactions from the client’s events are processed through their Stripe account only.
