Adding Custom Content Sections on the Event Page
You can enhance your event page by adding custom content blocks — flexible sections designed to display additional event information, highlights, and attendee insights. These sections help make your event page more informative and engaging for visitors.
Accessing Content Block Settings
To add or edit these sections, navigate to:
Setup > Present Content Blocks
Here, you can manage the default content sections and create new custom ones to better describe your event.
Steps to add a new content block:
- Toggle the option next to the section you want to display.
- Enter the relevant information in the provided fields.
- Save your changes to update the event page.
Event Description
Provide a clear and engaging description of your event. You can either:
- Write your own event summary, or
- Use the AI Guide to generate a suitable description based on your event topic.
A strong event description helps attendees understand what your event is about and why it matters.
Default (Preset) Content Blocks
Event Highlights
Showcase key statistics such as the number of speakers, sessions, workshops, or attendees expected. This section gives visitors a quick overview of what makes your event special.
Who Should Attend
Specify the ideal audience — describe who will benefit most from attending your event. This helps potential attendees determine if it’s right for them.
Why You Should Attend
Highlight the top reasons to join — list the key takeaways, benefits, and value participants will gain from the experience.
Testimonials
Add authentic feedback or quotes from past attendees to build trust and encourage new registrations.
Creating Custom Content Blocks
In addition to the preset sections, you can create new custom content blocks to display any additional details about your event.
Examples include: venue information, speaker bios, FAQs, or sponsor highlights.
Once added, the custom content block will appear directly on your event page, enriching the overall presentation and attendee experience.
Viewing and Rearranging Sections
- Click "See Example" next to each block to preview how it will appear on the event page.
- You can also rearrange the order of sections by selecting Rearrange Sections and dragging them into your preferred layout.
