How to hide the Eventzilla logo (Remove Eventzilla branding) ?
Event organizers who want a more personalized look for their event can choose to remove the Eventzilla logo and branding from the event page and communications. This feature allows you to hide the Eventzilla logo from various sections, including the event page, emails sent to attendees, and ticket confirmation messages.
By enabling this setting, you can make your event look fully branded to your preferences and eliminate any visible references to Eventzilla.
What will be affected by hiding the eventzilla logo?
Enabling the "Hide Eventzilla Logo" option will remove the Eventzilla branding from the following locations:
- Event page: The Eventzilla logo will no longer appear on the event page.
- Email notifications: The Eventzilla logo will be removed from the following email communications sent to the attendees:
- Notification emails sent to attendees.
- Ticket confirmation emails.
- Waiting list emails.
- Cancellation emails.
By enabling this feature, your event will maintain a clean, fully custom-branded look for all communications.
Steps to hide the Eventzilla logo
From the Event dashboard, navigate to the "Event setup" section.
In the Event setup menu, click on the "Event details" tab to open the event details page.
Scroll down the Event details page until you find the "Remove Eventzilla branding" section. This is where you can choose to hide the Eventzilla logo.
Under the section, "Would you like to remove all references to Eventzilla from your event registration pages?", select "Yes" to hide the Eventzilla branding from your event page and emails.
After selecting "Yes", click the "Save" button to apply the changes.
Once the changes are saved, it’s a good idea to preview your event page and emails to ensure the Eventzilla logo has been successfully removed.
