Tracking Invite emails

  It's now easy to track the invites sent to the attendees, The tracking status for the email will be updated against the invite and it can be viewed in Promote event > Send invitations.

Step 1: Log on to your Eventzilla account > My events/Dashboard > Click on event tittle.

Step 2: Move on to Promote event > Send Invitations

Sent - Displays the count of the recipients to received the invite
Clicked - Count of recipient's first click on event link send in the invite
Registered - No. of attendees registered through event link in the invite

The option to Edit or Deleted the Invite email is available by clicking the 'Gear' icon against the invite.
Preview option will list the individual emails of the recipient and their status of visiting the event link through the invite email sent.
