How Long Does It Take for Refunds to Be Processed?

Refunds and cancellations are processed by the event organizer. Once a refund is initiated, it typically takes 3–7 business days for the amount to be credited, depending on the attendee’s bank or card issuer.

What if the refund is delayed?

In some cases, refunds may not be processed due to issues such as insufficient funds in the payment processor account. In such situations, the event organizer may need to issue a manual refund through the payment processor and update the order status accordingly.
