How to clone an existing event page?

Reusing content from an existing event, whether live or past, allows you to save time and effort in creating a new event. "Clone Event" feature enables you to duplicate essential elements from previous event, making setup easier and faster.

  • Sign in to your account with your credentials.
  • Go to the dashboard where your events are listed.

Locate the event to be duplicated:

  • This can be either a live event or one that has already taken place.

What needs to be changed?

While ticket types are copied, the availability dates will need to be updated.

What is not copied?

The URL must be unique to each event, so a new one will need to be created.

No orders from the original event will be duplicated.

Attendees:

The attendee list from the previous event will not be carried over.

Digital Resources:

Any digital materials provided for the original event will not be copied.

Schedule / Agenda: The event schedule or agenda will need to be recreated or adjusted as required.

Finalizing the cloned event:

After cloning, you will be directed to the new copied event. You can now edit the event details, such as tickets, settings, or descriptions, through the event edit options.

Ensure all copied data is reviewed and updated before publishing the new event.

The "Clone Event" feature simplifies the process of setting up new events by reusing content from previous ones. However, it's important to review and adjust the duplicated details to ensure they align with the new event's needs before making it live.
