How to view order details included in the monthly invoice?

Eventzilla generates an invoice each month to reflect the outstanding fees only if you owe for services and transaction processed for the orders. This invoice includes detailed information about the event orders, ticket sales, and the fees associated .You can view the invoice details on your account which provides a breakdown of the information included on your invoice.

Accessing your invoice

To view your invoice and order details, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Navigate to account Settings
  3. Under Account Settings >Billing & usage > Plans and add-ons . This will take you to a page where you can view all your monthly invoices.

What information you can view on the invoice details section?

Your invoice will contain a detailed breakdown of the fees owed for the current month, based on the orders processed during that time. Below is an overview of the key items you will find in your invoice details:

Event title

The name of the event associated with each order.

Order reference (Order Ref)

A unique reference number assigned to each order. This helps you track individual orders processed for your event.

Order date

The date when the order was placed by an attendee.

Ticket(s) in order

The number of tickets purchased in each order. This will reflect the total number of tickets sold for that specific order.

Ticket fee for each order

The total fee charged for each ticket in the order. This may include any service charges or additional fees applied to the ticket price.

Event hub fee (if applicable)

If you’ve used the Event Hub feature (for attendee engagement, polls, ratings, etc.), the invoice will list the fee for using this service. If you did not use Event Hub, this section will be blank.

Kiosk fee (if applicable)

If you’ve utilized the Kiosk Check-In feature for self-service check-ins, the applicable Kiosk Fee will be listed here. This fee is charged if you have enabled the kiosk feature for your event. If you did not use this feature, this column will not appear.

An invoice is generated every month for the outstanding fee if any.

The invoice will list the Eventzilla fees owed, based on the total number of confirmed orders, ticket sales, and any additional services (like Event Hub or Kiosk features).
