Adding a logo image to the event page (optional feature)

Personalizing your event page is an important step to ensure it reflects your branding. Upload your own logo and background images, giving your event a unique and professional look. In this guide, we’ll walk you through the steps to update your event logo

Logo image specifications

Before you upload your event logo, make sure the image meets the following specifications:

  • File Formats: JPG, PNG
  • File Size Limit: 1MB
  • Minimum Dimensions: 300px x 300px

Steps to upload or update your event logo

Log in to the organizer account.

Navigate to Event setup and click on Design and layout.

This is where you can customize the design elements of your event page, including your logo and background images.

In the Design and Layout section check for the option Display your Logo.

Toggle this option to Yes

Click on Upload your own to choose a logo file from your computer.

You’ll have the option to choose between Small or Large view of the logo. Select the size that best fits your event page design.

If your logo has a transparent background, toggle the option Does your logo have a transparent background? and select Yes.

This will ensure that your logo displays cleanly over the event page without any background color.

If your logo doesn’t have a transparent background, select No.

After uploading your logo and choosing the settings, make sure to click Save to apply the changes to your event page.

Copyright compliance

Ensure that any images you upload to your event page comply with copyright laws. Do not use images that are protected by copyright unless you have the appropriate permissions or licenses.
