Creating Your Attendee Self-Service Profile on Eventzilla

Welcome to Eventzilla! As an event attendee, you have the option to create an individual attendee self-service profile. This profile allows you to manage your event registrations, view upcoming and past events, and make required updates. Follow the steps below to create and access your self-service profile.

Steps to Create Your Attendee Self-Service Profile

Option 1: Order Confirmation Email

Check Your Order Confirmation Email:
- After successfully registering for an event, you will receive an order confirmation email from Eventzilla.
  In the email, find and click on the "Manage registration" link. This will direct you to the Eventzilla website where you can set up your self-service profile.

Option 2: Eventzilla Home Page

Go to the Eventzilla Home Page > Click on "Log-in":
- Locate the "Log-in" button on the homepage and click on it.
- On the log-in page, scroll down until you see the link "manage your registration or download it again".

Enter Your Registered Email Address:

Enter the email address you used during your event registration and click "Continue".

Claim Your Account:
On the next page, click on "Claim your account".
Check Your Email:
You will receive an email to retrieve your tickets. Look for an email from Eventzilla with instructions.

Verify Your Account:

Open the email and click on "Verify your account" to ensure your account is secure.

Create a Password:

The next screen will prompt you to create and confirm a password.

Access Your Attendee Self-Service Profile:
After setting up your password, you will be redirected to your attendee self-service profile. Here, you can view the list of registered events, including both upcoming and past events.

Activities You Can Perform on Your Self-Service Profile

Once you have set up your profile, you can:

Resend Tickets: If you need another copy of your tickets, you can resend them to your email.
Update Registration Details: Make changes to your registration information as needed.
Register and Edit Free Session Registrations: Update and edit any sessions you've registered for, particularly if they are free sessions.
Print Tickets: Print your tickets directly from your profile for easy access.
