How to add a new header section and rearrange content blocks on the event page
Customizing the order of sections displayed on your event page helps you prioritize key information and create a more engaging experience for visitors. This article will guide you through the process of adding a new content section, rearranging existing sections, and restoring the original layout on your event page.
How to rearrange sections on your event page?
Event organizers have the flexibility to rearrange different sections displayed on the event page to suit the preferences. This can be easily done with a drag-and-drop feature.
Goto Event setup > Design and Layout> Rearrange sections
This section will list all the sections currently displayed on the event page.
To move a section, click on the select hand icon (usually a small grab handle) over the section you wish to move.
Drag the section to the desired position in order
Save changes
How to add a new content section?
Organizers can also add new sections to the event page to provide additional information or features. For example, you organizers can add FAQs section, Sponsors, or Speaker information.
Steps to add a new content section
Goto Event setup > Design and Layout> Rearrange sections > New content section,
You will be prompted to provide a suitable section heading. For example, you could name the section "Event Agenda," "Important Updates," or anything that aligns with the content you wish to display.
Update the Section Content:
Use the Basic Editor to update the content for the new section. You can enter and format the content just as you would in a word processor.
Once you’ve finished editing the content, click save and close to add the section to your event page.
How to restore the default section layout?
If you make changes to the order of sections but later decide you want to return to the original arrangement, you can easily restore the default layout.
Click on "Restore to default order"- To revert to the original section order, simply click on the Restore to default order button. This will restore the sections to their original arrangement as they were set by default and Save changes,
