Steps to embed a live stream event?

The option to embed a live stream event is available in the 3rd step of the event creation. Enable the live stream (Web casting)

We support most of the live stream platforms such as Youtube, Vimeo, Livestream and Twitch. If your provider is not supported do not worry as we have the option to update the direct URL

Step 1: Select your dates 
Step 2: Select the provider from the dropdown

Option A: Select the provider directly on the drop down if you use these providers for your live stream videos such as Youtube, Vimeo, Livestream and Twitch.Enter the Stream or video id in this case.
Option B: If your provider is not supported then you can directly give a custom URL, you may to enter the direct URL.

Step 3: Enter the Live stream video details such as Title, Description.
You may add any additional comments to be included in the email sent to the attendees 

Step 4: Ensure the option 'Notify attendees about the live stream as soon as they register for the event.' is checked. Only if this option is checked an email notification on the liver steam will be sent to the attendee once they complete the registration.

Step 5: You may set up additional reminder emails to be sent to the attendees, there are two options available one day before and one hour before the start of your live stream

Step 6: Click on 'Save settings'
