Cancel a free registration
The buyer of a free ticket order may cancel their order at any time before the event.
Please keep in mind that this only applies to free tickets and not for paid ticket orders.
Please cancel the registration by following the steps below.
1. Sign in to your Eventzilla attendee profile with the email address you used to place the order.
2. Click on the Event title to proceed to the next page, then click on the "Cancel order" button.
3. Explain why you're cancelling the order and click "Yes."
4. If you cancel successfully, you will receive a highlighted message.
It should be noted that only the order's buyer has the ability to cancel an order.
