As an event attendee, you have the option to cancel your free registration for an event using the Eventzilla attendee self-service profile. This guide will walk you through the steps to cancel your free registration.

Cancelling Your Free Registration

Please note that this process applies only to free ticket orders. Paid ticket orders cannot be cancelled through the attendee self-service profile.

Sign in to Your Eventzilla Attendee Self-Service:

• Access the Eventzilla attendee self-service using the email address you used to place the order.

• Click on the event title

  

• Click the "Cancel order" button

  

  Enter Cancellation Reason:

• Provide a reason for cancellation when prompted.

  

  Confirm Cancellation:

• Click "Yes" to confirm the cancellation.

  Confirmation:

• Your cancellation is successful, you will receive a highlighted message confirming the cancellation.

• Free Tickets Only: This process is applicable only for cancelling orders with free tickets.
• Paid Ticket Orders: Paid ticket orders cannot be cancelled through the attendee self-service profile. Please contact event organizers directly for assistance with paid ticket cancellations.
