Edit your registration details

The ability to change ticket information varies depending on the event.
If the option to edit registration information is enabled, information associated with a ticket and/or order on the registrant profile can be updated.
This information is event-specific and typically includes first name, last name, email address, and any custom questions specified for the event.
Note: At any time, the event organizer can disable the option to edit the registration details on the registration profile.
No changes can be made if the ability to edit registration information is disabled. 
To change the information on your ticket, follow these steps:
1. Log in with your registered email address.
2. Click on the event title or the order ref number for the order for which you want to change the registration details. 

2. On the order details page, click the "Edit" button. 

To update the information, re-enter it as needed and click the submit button.
The order confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address, along with the tickets with the updated information.
