Editing Registered Information on Your Attendee Self-Service Profile

Eventzilla allows event attendees to edit their registration information through the attendee self-service profile, provided the event organizer has enabled this option. This feature can be used to update details such as first name, last name, email address, free session registrations and certian custom form responses registered for the event.


  • The ability to edit ticket information varies depending on the event.
  • Event organizers can disable the option to edit registration details at any time.
  • No changes can be made if the ability to edit registration information is disabled.

Edit Your Registration Information

To change the information on your ticket, follow these steps:

    • Log in to Eventzilla attendee self service profile with your registered email address.
    • Click on the event title or the order reference number for the order you want to update.
    • On the order details page, click the "Edit" button.

      Update Information:

    • Through the self-service log-in, you may have the option to register, edit, and update the free sessions as well.
    • Re-enter the information as needed and click the "Submit" button.

      Receive Confirmation:

    • The order confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address, along with the tickets containing the updated information.
