How to Create an Exhibitor Profile for Your Event in Eventzilla
Log In to Your Eventzilla Account
- Visit the Eventzilla website and log in to your organizer account using your credentials.
Access the Exhibitor Section
- Once you're logged in, navigate to the "People" tab, and from the dropdown menu, select "Exhibitor."
Add a New Exhibitor
- To create a new exhibitor profile, click on the "Add Exhibitor" button. This will open a form for you to fill out with the exhibitor's details.
Fill in the Exhibitor's Information
- Complete the exhibitor's information in the provided fields. Here are the details you need to provide:
- Organization: Enter the name of the exhibitor's organization.
- First Name: Type in the first name of the exhibitor.
- Last Name: Enter the last name of the exhibitor.
- Email: This is the exhibitor's email address, and an invitation email will be sent to this address to access their self-service portal. Exhibitor has to use the link in the email to activate their profile
- Logo: Upload the exhibitor's logo. Supported file formats are JPG and PNG.
- Website URL: Provide the exhibitor's website URL for attendees to visit and learn more about the exhibitor.
Configure Additional Settings (Optional)
- You have the option to configure additional settings based on your event's needs:
- Allow Exhibitor to Capture Leads: Toggle this option as required. Enabling it allows the exhibitor to capture leads during the event. If you're using a lead credit system, specify how many lead credits the exhibitor will receive. One credit typically corresponds to one lead captured.
- Simultaneously Create a Sponsor Profile for This Exhibitor: If you want to create a sponsor listing for the exhibitor, select this option. The exhibitor's profile information can be cloned to create a sponsor profile. You can manage this in the Sponsors section later.
Save the Exhibitor Profile
- After filling in all the necessary details and configuring the optional settings, click the "Save" button to create the exhibitor's profile.
Review and Manage Exhibitor Profiles
- Once the exhibitor profile is created, you can review and manage (i.e you can edit or delete) it in the Exhibitor section of your Eventzilla account. Make sure to verify all the information and settings to ensure accuracy.
You've successfully created an exhibitor profile for your event in Eventzilla. Exhibitors will receive an invitation to their self-service portal, where they can access and manage their profile information. This process helps attendees discover and connect with exhibitors, enhancing their event experience.
