Setting Up Speaker Display Theme

Organizers can customize the theme for displaying speaker information on the event page. This allows for flexibility in presenting speakers in various layouts to match the event's aesthetic. Here's how to set up the theme for speaker display:

  1. Creating Speaker Profiles:
    • Log in to your Eventzilla account
    • Navigate to "People" > "Speakers".
    • Create speaker profiles by entering their names, bios, photos, etc.

      Choosing a Theme:

    • Once speaker profiles are created, go to "People" > "Speakers".
    • Click on "Theme Options".

      Available Styles:

    • Currently, three styles are available:
      • Style 1: Rectangle view of the speaker image/profile.
      • Style 2: Circle view of the speaker image/profile.
      • Style 3: Rounded rectangle view of the speaker image/profile.

        Selecting the Preferred Format:

    • Choose the preferred style that best suits your event's theme and aesthetics.
    • Click on the style you wish to use.

      Saving Changes:

    • After selecting the desired format, click on "Save Changes".

      Previewing the Theme:

    • Navigate back to the event page preview to see how the chosen theme displays the speaker information.

      Adjustments:

    • If needed, you can always return to the theme options to change the layout until you find the perfect fit.

By following these steps, organizers can easily set up the theme for displaying speaker information, enhancing the overall appearance of the event page and ensuring a visually appealing experience for attendees.
