How to update the profile details on your Eventzilla organizer account?

Need to tweak some details in your Eventzilla organizer account? Whether it's updating your business information or fine-tuning your social media links, we've got you covered. Follow these straightforward steps to update your organization settings.


Navigate to profile and security

Start by logging into your organizer account. Once logged in, Go to the "Profile and Security" section. You can find this by clicking "Account settings" on the top right of the page.

Access organization settings

Within the "Profile and Security" section, locate and click on "Organization settings". This will take you to the area where you can manage your organization's profile details.

Upload logo image

One of the first things you might want to do is upload your organization's logo image. This will be displayed on the "All Events" page where users can view other events. Simply click on ''Click to upload'' to upload your image.

Provide business and contact details

Enter your business name, as well as your first and last name. Your business name will be used for correspondence purposes. Additionally, fill in your contact details, including your organizer address, phone number, and website.

Add social media links

Please provide links to your organization's social media profiles, including the Facebook URL, Twitter URL, and LinkedIn URL in the respective fields provided. The profiles added here will be displayed on your Event page in the Organizer section.

Enter business/tax registration details

If applicable, provide your business or tax registration details. This may include tax labels and values. Note that these details can be displayed on invoices, receipts, and confirmation emails sent to registrants or ticket buyers.

Adjust localization settings

Customize your account's localization settings. Enter a global customized "All Events" URL, where you can view all the events hosted for the account, both upcoming and past events. Set your primary currency, primary time zone, and primary language according to your preferences.

Save changes

Once you've made all the necessary updates and adjustments, don't forget to click on "Save Changes" to ensure that your changes are applied.
