How to create multiple organizer profiles?

Are you organizing multiple events with different teams or individuals? Eventzilla allows you to create multiple organizer profiles, each with its own unique branding and contact details. Follow these steps to set up multiple organizer profiles on your Eventzilla account:

  1. Access Profile and Security: Start by logging into your Eventzilla account. Once logged in, navigate to the "Profile and Security" section. You can usually find this by clicking on your profile icon or name in the top right corner of the screen.
  2. Go to Organizer Profiles: Within the "Profile and Security" section, locate and click on "Organizer Profiles". This is where you'll manage all your organizer profiles.


  3. Add Organizer Profile: To create a new organizer profile, click on the "Add Organizer Profile" button. This will initiate the process of setting up a new profile.


    About the Organizer: In this section, provide information about the organizer. Include the following details:

    • Organizer Name: Enter the name of the organizer.
    • Organizer Bio: Provide a brief description or bio for the organizer.
    • Your Event Listings URL: If applicable, enter the URL where attendees can find a list of events assigned to this organizer.
    • Your Website: Enter the website associated with this organizer.
    • Profile Images: Personalize the organizer profile by uploading a logo and cover image.
  4. Social Media Links: Enable attendees to connect with the organizer on social media platforms. Enter the URLs for the organizer's Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn profiles.
  5. Override Organization Settings: Optionally, you can override the organization settings for this specific organizer profile. This allows you to customize address, business/tax registration details, and other fields independently from the main account settings.

  6. Save Changes: Once you've entered all the necessary details for the new organizer profile, click on "Save Changes" to create the profile.
  7. Repeat for Additional Profiles: If you need to create multiple organizer profiles, simply repeat the above steps for each new profile.
