How to pass the hub fee to your attendees?

We offer a convenient option for event organizers to pass the Event Hub fee directly to their attendees. This allows you to cover platform fees without affecting your budget. Here’s a detailed explanation of the two available options to manage the Event Hub fee.

When creating or managing an event, you have the option to pass the Event Hub fee to attendees.

Pay-as-you-go for paid events

If you choose the Pay-as-you-go option, the Event Hub fee will automatically be passed to your attendees during the registration process. Here’s how it works:

The Event Hub fee will be combined with the Eventzilla processing fee, and both will be processed online at the time of registration.

While the fee is passed to attendees, it will not be itemized as a separate "Hub Fee" during registration. Instead, it will be added discreetly to the Eventzilla fee as a hidden charge.

This ensures that the attendee's overall fee remains clear and straightforward.

Pay-as-you-go for free events

For free events, the Pay-as-you-go model works a bit differently. Since there’s no payment process during attendee registration, the Event Hub fee cannot be processed immediately online. Instead:

The Event Hub fee will be billed to the event organizer at the end of each month via invoice.

You will receive the invoice for the accumulated Event Hub fees for all free registrations done during the month, and it must be paid by the organizer.

This allows you to handle the fees at a later time, without affecting the attendee's registration experience.
