How Eventzilla fee is collected?

For PAYG fee collection

The Pay-As-You-Go (PAYG) model simplifies the payment process by allowing fees to be collected automatically at the point of registration for certain payment methods. This ensures a seamless experience for both organizers and participants.

Payment methods and fee collection

Automatic collection:

    • If you are using payment processors such as PayPal, Stripe, or Square, your PAYG fee will be automatically collected at the time of registration. This means that once a participant successfully completes their registration and payment online, the necessary fees will be processed immediately along with the payment transaction.

Monthly invoicing:

    • For those utilizing Authorize.net, Eway, Braintree, or offline payment methods (including cash, check, payment by invoice, and bank transfer), payment will not be collected immediately. Instead, we will invoice you the organizer on a monthly basis. To ensure a smooth invoicing process, it is essential to update your payment information when setting up an event. This will help facilitate prompt processing of the invoices.

Custom pricing

For custom pricing, this option is tailored to meet individual needs. The Sales team will send an invoice for the custom pricing, which must be paid upfront to activate the contract. This approach allows for flexibility and ensures that pricing is aligned with specific requirements. To discuss on the custom pricing option contact our sales team at sales@eventzilla.net

Notes

  • The fees mentioned for paid events refer solely to the Eventzilla service fees. These do not include credit card payment processing charges, which vary depending on the payment processor selected for your event.
  • Be sure to review the terms and fees associated with your chosen payment processor to understand the full cost of transactions
