Create your event registration website

Its extremely easy to create an event registration website on Eventzilla and it only takes a couple of minutes to set up. You can create in-person, virtual or hybrid events using the same simple process. You can add your event details, ticket type, payment method, and more.

Get Started

To create an event page, you have to sign up for an Eventzilla account. If you’re an existing user, simply login.

Note: If you’re creating an Eventzilla account via sign up, you have to complete your simple setup process by clicking the link that you receive on your registered email.

After signup or login, you will be directed to the Eventzilla dashboard.

Initiate Event Setup

Click “Create an event” button on top navigation and follow the steps. 

Customizing the Cover Image

Design your Event Page – Pick an image by choosing the pre-set cover image or upload your own. (Only JPG, PNG file formats allowed. File size limit 2MB. Image width 1500px X 500px) 

Add Event Details

Enter Title – Give a short title that helps attendees to know about your event.

Select Category – Choose a category that matches your event needs.  (You can choose up to 3 categories)

Description – Enter detailed information about your event that your attendees will look for. (Example – schedule, sponsor, special guest, refund policy etc)

Set date & time 

Event Location – Choose whether you’re hosting an in-person event or virtual event

Ticket/Registration Types

You can create one or more ticket types for your event.

Ticket Types - Free Ticket/Registration, Paid Ticket/Registration, Donation, Merchandise/Addon

Enter ticket name, ticket description, the ticket price for paid ticket types, available sales dates, number of tickets available, minimum/maximum of tickets per order, and more.

By default, your ticket sales start immediately and end when the event starts. You can set a maximum event capacity for your event. The maximum capacity will indicate how many people can register for your event before it becomes sold out.

Payment Options

To begin with, you have to choose whether to pass on your fees to attendees or absorb fees. See pricing options

Then, choose your preferred payment gateway to accept payments

We offer Eventzilla Payments for processing credit and debit cards and support all major payment processors like Paypal, Square, Stripe as well. .

Preview and Publish

You can choose to preview the event page or publish directly.

Now, start selling your event tickets by linking the event registration page from your website, blog, social media profiles. You can also embed registration widget on your website or blog.
