Turn on the option ''Accommodations / Lodging"
Select the select the "Add discounted hotel booking links" option.
Add a hotel booking
- Click on Add a booking to start adding hotel details.
- Hotel name: Enter the name of the hotel you have secured a rate with.
- Description: Provide a brief description of the hotel, including amenities or special features that might interest attendees.
- Upload hotel image: Include an image of the hotel to give attendees a visual reference.
- Booking link: Add the direct link where attendees can book rooms at the negotiated rate.
- Save changes: Once all details are filled in, save your changes.

You can repeat these steps to add as many hotels as needed, ensuring a variety of options for your attendees.
How attendees can book their accommodations?
Event confirmation page: After completing their event registration, attendees will be directed to a confirmation page where all the listed hotels will appear. They can choose their preferred hotel and book directly through the provided link.
