How to manage your invitations and understand invite status

When using our invitations, it’s important to understand the different statuses of your invitations and how to manage them. This guide will help you in knowing about the invite status, as well as explain how to edit or delete invites.

How to edit or delete an invitation?

If you need to make changes to an invitation or remove it, follow these simple steps:

View or edit an invitation

To view or edit any invite, go to the section where your invites are listed.

Locate the invitation you want to modify.

Click the gear icon (⚙️) next to the invite to access the options.

Edit option

    • You can edit invitations that are either in draft or sent status.
    • For draft invites, you can make changes before sending them out.
    • For sent invites, you can still edit the content to reuse it later or send it again.

Delete option:

    • If you want to remove an invite, you can do so only for invites in Draft status.
    • Once an invite has been sent, it cannot be deleted.

Invite status

In Progress

This status appears briefly when emails are being sent after you click the "Send" button. It typically lasts only a few seconds and indicates that the invitation is being processed.

Sent

This status confirms that your invitation emails have been successfully delivered. Once the invites are sent, they will appear under this status.

Draft

When an invitation is in Draft status, it means the invite is saved for future use but has not been sent yet. You can return to this status to make edits or send it later.

(Sending) Scheduled for

If you’ve set a specific time or date for the invitations to be sent, this status will appear. It indicates that the invites are scheduled for sending at a later time.

By understanding these statuses and knowing how to manage your invitations, you can stay organized and ensure your invites are always up to date.
