This guide will walk you through the steps to view and export the invite email status report. Whether you're looking to track email delivery or gather detailed insights into how recipients are engaging with your invite emails, this process is straightforward.
Viewing the invite status report
To view the status report for the invites sent, follow these steps
Locate and click on "Reports" next to the invite you wish to review
In this section, you'll find important metrics about your invite emails:
Number of emails sent: This indicates the total number of emails that were successfully sent for this particular invite.
Number of emails clicked: This shows how many recipients clicked the event page link included in the invite email
Exporting the invite status report
To export a detailed report about the invite status, follow these steps:
Click on "Exports" next to the invite for which you want to download the status report.
A download link will appear. Simply click on the link to download the report.
The exported report will contain the following details:
- Firstname
- Lastname
- Email address of the recipient
- Response: The current status of the recipient's engagement with the invite.
In the exported report, you'll find two possible response statuses:
- No response yet: This status indicates that the recipient has not accessed the invite email or clicked on the event page link.
- Visited: This status shows that the recipient has clicked on the event page link, indicating that they accessed the invite email.
