Enabling Replay Option for Attendees
As an event organizer, you may want to give attendees the ability to replay live-streamed content after the event has concluded. How to enable replay for attendees?
Create the session resource:
Begin by creating the resource for the session you wish to offer for replay.
Once the resource is created, go to your Event Hub, where you manage your virtual sessions and settings.
Locate virtual sessions
Within the Event Hub, find the "Virtual Sessions" section. This is where you can manage and configure all aspects of your online sessions.
Enable the replay option
For the desired session, locate the toggle option labeled "Replay Enabled". This option will be displayed next to the session after the resource is added.
Activate the toggle
Turn on the "Replay Enabled" toggle. Once enabled, attendees will have the ability to view the session recording after it has been streamed.
What happens after enabling the replay feature?
Once the replay feature is activated, attendees can access the recorded video from the session page within the event platform.
This option remains available to participants for the duration of the event or until the organizer decides to disable it.
