How to contact the event organizer?
Eventzilla is a self-service platform, allowing third-party organizers to create and manage their own events. If you have questions about an event, you can contact the organizer directly using the options below
If you are registered for the event
Update your order - Modify your order details.
Request a refund - Cancel your event registration.
On the order confirmation/pending order email
When you register for an event, you receive an order receipt, confirmation, or pending order email. This email contains an option to contact the organizer. Simply click the provided link to reach out to them.
Attendee self-service profile
If you are registered for the event and have an attendee profile on Eventzilla, follow these steps:
Log in to your attendee profile
Select the event title or order reference number for your registration
Click on the "Contact Organizer" button
Fill in the subject, phone number, and your message
Click "Contact" to send the message to the event organizer
If you are not registered
Even if you haven't registered yet or have questions before registering, you can contact the organizer using these methods:
On the event page
Go to the event page on Eventzilla
Scroll down to the "About the Organizer" section
Click on the "Contact the Organizer" label
A form will open where you can enter your message. This message will be sent to the registered email address of the event organizer
All events page
View other events
Go to the "View Other Events" page, where all events from the organizer are listed.
Contact the organizer
Below the organizer's business name, there is an option to contact the event organizer. Click this option to open a form where you can send your message directly to the organizer.
