How to Contact the Event Organizer?

Event attendees have multiple options to contact the event organizer. Below are the four methods available:

1. On the Event Page

  • Navigate to the event page on Eventzilla.
  • In the "About the Organizer" section, you will find a label "Contact the organizer."
  • Clicking on it will open a form where you can enter your message. This message will be sent to the registered email address of the event organizer.

2. All Events Page

  • Go to the "View Other Events" page on Eventzilla where all events from the organizer are listed.
  • Below the organizer business name, there is an option to contact the event organizer.

3. Attendee Self-Service Profile

  • Log in to your attendee profile on Eventzilla.
  • Select the event title or order reference number for your registration.
  • Click on the "Contact Organizer" button.
  • Fill in the subject, phone number, and required message to send a message to the event organizer.
  • Then, click on "Contact" to send the message.

4. On the order confirmation/pending order email

  • The order receipt email/confirmation/pending order email sent to the attendee will have an option to connect with the organizer.

Click on the provided link or button to contact the event organizer directly from your email.
